Fusioning Tribal Force (FTF) is a community under InSET to support the tribals of Waynad, Kerala State, India. The tribal community in this part of the world is still under-developed to extend that they are finding difficulty in finding proper livelihood even for 100 days in a year. Since this area is completely forested and no industry or commercial activities are taking place in this regiion. Only income generation is through working in agricultural field as daily wage earners and plantation labours. The monthly income does not provide them proper fooding or shelter. Their income per family of 4-5 members comes to US$ 33 per month. This is very low at any count. Most of the people in this region are in poverty as far as the World Bank criteria of US$ 2 per day is taken as the benchmark of measuring poverty. What is sad is that this is the other side of India.
