Put A Dent In Health Disparities
Description:
The Brothers Health Collective is requesting community wide support to increase our endeavors to reduce health disparities among African-American men 18 - 55 who are burdened by the incidene of Prostate Cancer, STIs, Viral Hepatitis and HIV. Our goal is to reduce health iliteracy and increase risk factor knowledge and access to evidenced-based screenings proven to increase quality of life years. Men are valuable community assets. Grandfathers, fathers, sons, brothers and nephews are community builders. Give hope a chance.
