Help us be with our baby in Dallas for his surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are a family of four. My husband and I have two kids one 6 and our baby boy who is 20 months old. When I was pregnant with him , he was diagnosed with a disorder called CCAM or Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation. He was not expected to thrive with out life support out side the womb but with all the prayers and hope he beat the odds and has never had to be put on life support. Because of his disorder we can not keep him in daycare because he gets sick too easy and even a cold can be deadly for him. He has been hospitalized several times for colds and once for the flu that almost took his life. CCAM means that he has cysts on his lungs and in his case his cysts are only on his left lung but they are inside his lung which means he will have to go to one of the only specialists in the country , which is in Dallas TX , to have them surgically removed. Currently with all of the colds going around he is constantly sick, I dont remember the last day we had where he was actually well. So the Dr's are looking at preforming his surgery in the summer. Also because of the CCAM I have had to stay home with him while my husband works. With only one income we have had to really tighten our belts and we have had to sacrifice many of our things so that we could afford all the Drs visits , labs , xrays , MRIs , hospital stays when he gets sick , and afford to be closer to the hospitals and the DRs which meant we had to sell our cars and leave our home and move to the city. We now live within walking distance of the hospital and all of his Dr's , but in order for us to go and be with him for his surgery this summer we will need to first of all get there and second be able to pay our bills while we are there through his recovery. We live about 6 hours from Dallas , which isnt too far but without having a vehicle or having the money to get bus tickets or even plane tickets , we dont know how we will be able to get there to be with him. When we do get there , the hospital requires that at least one parent stays with him in his room. We would need to make sure that we wouldnt be worrying about our home expenses as far as my husband having to take off work to be there and also our expenses while we are there for food and lodging. The Drs have said his recovery at the hospital could be up to 3 weeks which would include the surgery follow up. The insurance will cover a medical flight for our son but not for us. We are looking at the month of June for his surgery. With all of our bills and medical bills we dont know how we can do this with out asking for help. I have looked into flights and hotels near the hospital , also the cost of food for the 3 of us on top of what we will need to make sure we dont get behind on bills while we are gone since my husband wont be able to work.
