Hummingbirds homebuying/remodelling foundation (for the homeless)

This fund raiser is for the less fortunate..Daily I see people who are in 9-5 jobs busting their tails and still cant find suitable places to live or call their own...Everyone deserves a fair chance to own a piece of the so called American Dream but they need help to get there and I cant do it alone..I own a small remodelling company here in Florida working with a couple of local realestate investors.My job with them is to remodel the houses after the foreclosure process,then they would be rented out to section 8 or the less fortunate people trying to get somewhere to live..I have spoken to a lot of tenants in the past who would rather own than rent but they need help to qualify and just cant seem to make the grade.This foundation I'm launching is one that wants to reach out to people who can help me buy up some of these foreclosure houses,fix them,then put hard working families in them on a lease to purchase option which would be funded by us and not the banks..We cant go this alone and all we want to do is start with one..just one property and see how it works...We need more fortunate and caring people in this world to come together to make other good people's dreams come true..I'm willing to do this..are you?
