Hi im Jay. I halft to nhave back surgery to be healthey again to take care of my daughters.I ruptured two discs in my back. I have worked from the age of 15 to provide for my self and my mom. Im trying to finish raising my daughters.I can use any help i can get. I will be forever greatful. I am 45 years old i cant give up now .Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
