Father of Four and US Soldier in Need of Help

I am a 28 year old male Soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina with four daughters, all under the age of 8. My wife just recently received Gastric Bypass surgery and will be temporarily out of work while she recovers. This really hurt us financially, because she is part of the head of household.
